We are the first Italian company to have manufactured right from its beginning dished heads made solely and rigorously in stainless steel to meet the needs of many companies in – among others – the pharmaceutical and food sectors which needed, and still need today, items manufactured without ferrous contamination.

We specialise in the production of stainless steel dished heads, conical reducers, hemispherical domes and large diameter, thick walled, flanged pipes, half-pipes and customised 3D shapes. From the most common types to the most particular and complex ones, we develop unique tailor-made products, able to meet any non-standard requirements. In synergy with our customers, we define each project based on specific needs and we design durable and customised solutions completely in-house, to high mechanical precision and style standards.

International certifications
Alongside the Quality Certification granted by TÜV Italia, we also offer other certifications of technical conformity of our products.
In particular we are authorised to supply dished heads according to PED 2014/68/EU, ASME VIII Div.1, AD2000-MERKBLATT W 0, UKCA, TDT standards and to consequently release certificates for the construction of pressure vessels.

Dished head-pipe coupling diameter checking
To facilitate customers in subsequent processing, we carry out diameter checks throughout the production phases for guaranteed coupling of heads and pipes.
Surface Finishes and Markings
Thanks to continuous investments in increasingly advanced and top quality machinery, we are able to customise all our products with different finishes (satin finishing, flower embossing and polishing) and markings (laser, low stress or chemical). With our signature attention to detail and making the most of our industry-specific experience, we can create unique products that meet a variety of functional and design requirements from several market sectors.
Laser drilling
In addition to traditional mould drilling, we are able to carry out laser drilling in any position, shape and size, even on finished products, on large batches or even just single prototypes.
Transport: Optimised loading and safe deliveries
We take care of transport to European and worldwide customer destinations, using the most suitable vehicles and taking care of all the necessary documentation for administration and customs: in this way safe travels to final destinations are guaranteed.
We offer quality service in compliance with agreed delivery schedules; we ensure optimised loading – by grouping or splitting batches as needed.
Weld Inspection and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing (DT)
Our focus on quality is not limited to production, but upon request we are able to guarantee the highest product quality through destructive testing carried out by ACCREDIA certified laboratories and non-destructive testing (carried out in-house by qualified II LEVEL EN/ASME personnel).
At the request of our customers we can also perform testing on welds by means of: Penetrant liquids, X-ray tests, Ultrasound tests, Visual tests.
